If you are unable to connect to your website or email:
- If you had multiple login failures (e.g. email, cPanel or FTP), then our firewall probably have mitigated the "attack" by blocking your connection to the server. When this happens, you will not be able to connect to your website or email. The firewall will automatically remove the block after a while when the "attack" has stopped. If so, please fix your username and/or password, and try connecting again in 30 minutes.
