When is a good time to update your WordPress installation to the latest? Generally, the answer is that “whenever possible” is a good time. Right now, add “as soon as possible” to that.
All WordPress versions released before 13 May 2020 are vulnerable to a critical vulnerability, The folks over at Securi did a good job (as always) to describe an advice on this bug in a blog post.
If not “as soon as possible”, then please add “soon” and “regularly” to your update plans!
