Windows server WWW-24 was inaccessible for about one hour between 11:00 and 12:00 GMT.

Our remote reboot attempt failed. We have contacted the data centre for assistance. We expect to have the server back online within 15 minutes.

The issue has been escalated to higher level support at the data centre. We are hopeful to be back shortly.

Date centre has confirmed that they are performing an emergency upgrade on the hosting node where this server resides. For the next hour or two access to the server may be a bit slow. Further outages are possible though unlikely.
