The Cape Town data centre experienced a network problem this afternoon that that affecting access to all servers in that location for about one hour.
We are aware with a problem with email delivery to service providers that use the CloudMark CSI IP Reputation tool. One or more of the server’s IP addresses is currently blacklisted.
We will be replacing the Linux server WWW-30 soon. After three years of faithful service (and a few minor hiccups) in the Cape Town data centre, it is time to put the old hardware to rest and switch to brand new (and faster) server hardware.
Server W-29 in the Dallas data centre was offline on Friday into Saturday after hard drive problems.
Server WWW-30 will receive an upgrade to its remote monitoring and management (RMM) system on Friday afternoon. The upgrade requires the server to be taken offline for a about half an hour.
Very efficient as always, thank you
