We experienced a network routing problem in the Dallas data centre. Websites and email service were down for about 30 minutes, All services are back to normal again.

Linux server WWW-27 found itself under very heavy load this morning. We rebooted the server to resolve the issue. All services were back to normal by 07:30 GMT. We apologise for the inconvenience.
