A diligent user have alerted us to the fact that the server’s time is incorrect. As a result email delivery times may have appeared incorrect in email programs.
Linux server WWW-27 found itself under very heavy load this morning. We rebooted the server to resolve the issue. All services were back to normal by 07:30 GMT. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Server WWW-29 in Dallas was unavailable for about an hour this morning due to a network problem.
We are seeing slow high loading websites caused by slow connections to the MySQL server. Our attempts to gracefully recover from the problem have failed, and we are rebooting the server.
We are performing updates to all our servers, including cPanel and performance/security updates for the respective Linux kernels. The updates will require a reboot of each server.
