Server W-29 in the Dallas data centre was offline on Friday into Saturday after hard drive problems.
Server WWW-30 will receive an upgrade to its remote monitoring and management (RMM) system on Friday afternoon. The upgrade requires the server to be taken offline for a about half an hour.
Websites on server W-30 in Cape Town experienced loaded slow and gave unexpected errors for most of the day. The problem is now resolved.
We are seeing problems with incoming network routing to South Africa. Users in Europe and North America may not be able to access websites hosted in Cape Town. This is an upstream problem beyond our control; we continue to monitor the situation.
Cape Town data centre experienced a DDOS attack and working on mitigation. During the attack, there were intermittent connectivity problems to our servers.
