A network problem caused a complete outage for our Dallas infrastructure for about two hours today.

Data centre technicians are working on the problem. We hope to have connectivity restored shortly.
Update 17:30 GMT:
Data centre continues working on resolving the problem. Word back is that “it should be coming back online shortly”.
