The Frankfurt data centre that hosts one of our domain name servers is experiencing connectivity problems.
Connectivity to our NS3 name server is currently intermittent. The network problem is receiving attention. In the meantime, name servers NS1 and NS2 are healthy and responding to queries. Access to client website are unaffected by the problem.

Service has be restored for NS3.

Connectivity has been normal for the past couple of hours.
