Data centre has confirmed major network problem.

Network repair completed. We are using the opportunity to perform a quick server reboot. All should be back to normal in about five minutes.
Post mortem message from data centre:
We experienced a problem with our distribution switch that caused the blocking of traffic to several racks. Once the issue and cause was identified, we had to manually restart each rack switch to get the servers back online. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
