To cancel one or more domains and any associated pending renewal invoices:

• Log in to the Anno Client Portal at https://anno.com/portal.
• Use the Active Domains function in navigation matrix at the top right to list your domains.
• Select the domains you want to cancel, and then (at the bottom) use the With Selected function to adjust the "Auto Renewal Status".
• On the "Auto Renew" screen that follows, click Disable.

By disabling the auto renewal status of a domain, you are setting it to lapse on its expiry date. If an invoice exists for the domain renewal, then the invoice will be automatically updated or cancelled accordingly.

Note: If you later change your mind and want to renewa a disabled domain, use the same procedure above to enable the auto renew status, and then manually renew it.
