Changing or recovering your Anno Client Portal password Print

To change your Client Portal password:
  • Log in to the Anno Client Portal at
  • Click the Edit Profile button, and then go to Change Password.
To recover your password:
  • Go to the Anno Client Portal login page at
  • Click Request a Password Reset.
  • Enter your profile email address (this is the email address where we send your Anno invoices).
  • Check your inbox for an email with instructions to complete the password reset.
